Peel Hearing Services was established in 2005 by Helen Jones, a UK National Health Service trained audiologist with over 30 years experience in hearing assessment, hearing aid fitting and hearing rehabilitation. Since moving to Australia, Helen has undergone further training and now holds a Cert. IV in Audiometry (TAFE NSW) in addition to her UK qualifications.

Peel Hearing Services are accredited by the Office of Hearing Services to provide a range of services free of charge to Pension Concession Card holders and Veterans Affairs clients. They also give discounts for Seniors Card holders on hearing accessories such as TV headphones and telephones for the hearing impaired.

As an independent, privately owned practice Peel Hearing Services are able to fit hearing instruments from many of the worlds leading manufacturers
