Helen Jones migrated from UK in 2001 and established Peel Hearing Services in 2005. She has extensive experience in The National Health Service as a senior audiologist involved in hearing aid fitting, diagnostic testing and aural rehabilitation as well as many years training student audiologists. She has worked closely with ENT specialists, hearing therapists and social workers for the deaf  during her time in the NHS. She also worked as an audiologist in Jeddah and Al Baha, Saudi Arabia for three years.  

Helen migrated with her family in 2001, deciding to settle in WA for the relaxed, outdoor lifestyle it is famous for. 

 Nikki joined Peel Hearing Services in January 2008. She migrated from the UK in March 2007 with her family and they are enjoying the wonderful lifestyle WA has to offer.  While living in the UK Nikki worked in the financial services industry.  After arriving in WA Nikki wanted a change of career and was a medical receptionist before joining Peel Hearing Services. She has extensive customer service experience and will endeavour to assist you with any enquiry.  

Tracey hails originally from NSW and moved to WA 23 years ago.  She worked in the banking industry for twelve years where her primary focus was on customer service. Tracey has worked from home for twelve years, raising her three boys and working in a voluntary capacity as treasurer/registrar supporting their local cricket team, Singleton Blues.
