Michaela Potts

Michaela is a provisional audiometrist, having completed a TAFE NSW Certificate IV in Audiometry. She has been under Helen’s supervision since Peel Hearing Services opened in December 2005.

With over 20 years of extensive customer service experience in the UK and Western Australia, Michaela is looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead.

Helen trained in Audiology in the National Health Service in the UK. She has extensive experience in hearing aid fitting, diagnostics, rehabilitation and has worked closely with ENT specialists, hearing therapists and social workers for the deaf.

Helen emigrated with her family to WA in 2001 and worked for a private clinic for four years before establishing PHS in December 2005.  Having worked and travelled extensively in her career, she decided to settle in WA for the outdoor lifestyle. Helen brings with her a wealth of experience and understanding of hearing loss and its impact on daily life.

Nicola Plant

Nikki is the newest member of our team and joined Peel Hearing Services in January 2008. She migrated from the UK in March 2007 with her family and they are enjoying the wonderful lifestyle WA has to offer.

While living in the UK Nikki worked in the financial services industry.

After arriving in WA Nikki wanted a change of career and was a medical receptionist before joining Peel Hearing Services. She has extensive customer service experience and will endeavor to assist you with any enquiry.
